Internally Provide care by ensuring each employee is valued and cared for

• We begin each day praying for employees, customers, and suppliers
• Spiritual enrichment via Lunch and Learn
• WeCare grant fund
• Provide tangible presence of a Chaplain to care for the mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of employees
• Professional/life coaching

Community Give a portion of the company’s earnings locally, nationally, and internationally

• China Outreach annually distribute Bibles and Christian tracks
• Partner with non-profits
• Give to life giving and life-sustaining organizations
