Internally Provide care by ensuring each employee is valued and cared for

- Spiritual enrichment via Lunch and Learn
- WeCare grant fund
- Provide tangible presence of a Chaplain to care for the mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of employees
- Professional/life coaching
Community Give a portion of the company’s earnings locally, nationally, and internationally
