As a reminder, it is the responsibility of the end-user of any of our products to check their local and state laws to determine the legality of that product.
Advisory to our Customers
Streetwise Security Products, is a North Carolina based purveyor of
products intended to be used in individual self-defense. The United
States is unique in that its Constitution recognizes and preserves to an
individual the right to possess and publicly carry weapons in common
use. Most state Constitutions have similar reservations of rights for the
benefit of citizens.
Notwithstanding, some restrictions at all levels - federal, state, and local
- apply to commerce and transfers of various item sold by Streetwise Security Products. We do not undertake to advise as to state and local laws.
That responsibility rests with our customers.
Information on knife laws, for instance, is available on the American
Knife & Tool Institute (akti.org) website. Streetwise Security Products is
a member of that organization but has no control over the information
presented and does not vouch for the accuracy of the same.
