| Our team provides services from initial design, creation of submittal
drawings and calculations (AutoCAD©)
for AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction), filing for permit, installation of
system, 100% initial testing and final test/inspection with AHJ with the final
turnover of the project to the owner with full training of use of system.
A similar process occurs for tenant improvement projects for commercial
multi-tenant buildings as new build-outs occur. We are very experienced with all the local AHJ requirements and specialize in
design, code compliance, system reliability, system maintenance, testing and
monitoring of the system all while using non-proprietary (U.L. Listed - Industry
standard) equipment which lowers
the initial and subsequent costs to the owner.
We are fully trained on the current building codes in effect and actively
attending ongoing training with our staff including the new NFPA 5000 and
I-Codes which are being adopted by most cities as well as the State of Arizona.
